1. How can I contact Customer Service?

2. What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover.  Western Union and bank wire are available upon request.

 3. What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates and estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and will be confirmed upon request submission. Typical shipping costs within the USA are $12-$18 and $45-$50 for international delivery. Priority shipping is also available for an additional fee.  

4. What happens after I submit my payment?
After you submit your payment, your order will be processed and fulfilled.  Decals are shipped within 24 business hours of the placed order and manuals are available within 5-8 business days.

5. How long will it take to receive my decals or manuals?

Decals: Ship out within one business day. 

Manuals: Lead time varies based on manufacturer and your location ranging from 1 to 8 business days. Estimated delivery time will be confirmed via email upon submission.

6. Can I have my manual emailed to me?
Of course!  Electronic versions of all manuals are available and recommended to save time and shipping costs.

7. Can I have a hard copy of my manual shipped to me?
Yes, we offer card copies for all of our manuals.  Please specify what format you prefer in your manual quote request.

8. How do I submit a request for more than one manual for a different model?
Once you've found your product, click the 'Add to Cart' button and continue shopping.  Once you've finished shopping, you can check out using the shopping cart in the upper right hand corner. 

9. What if the model I'm looking for isn't listed?
If your machine isn't listed, please use the "Contact Us" form and include the model(s), serial number and (manual) type you would like to purchase.  A representative will then contact you with a quick quote.
